Cayman Brac 2007

Here are some photos from Cayman Brac, Cayman Islands. All of the underwater photos were taken with my Canon Powershot S45 digital camera in a Canon waterproof case. The above-ground photos were taken with either a Canon 20D digital SLR or the same Powershot S45 as the underwater photos.

Note that all of the underwater photos were taken either with the little camera's internal flash only or with no flash at all. I don't yet have an underwater strobe to bring out the full colors at the deeper depths. Consquently I've done quite a bit of post-processing on the photos to bring out the colors as best I can.
